Traditionally Raised Hogs

Our hogs average around 250 lbs. live, and 175 lbs. hanging weight. This will yield about 120 pounds of finished meat on a whole hog* (weights can vary).
Raised locally, conventionally, and without any added hormones. Standard cuts are $6.50 per pound, however purchasing whole or halves provides customers with cutting options, which we will cover with you.
Custom-cut instructions may increase processing costs and will be reflected on your bill.
